Wilburn 2 LTD Vipers 2

This was a very close game and anyone could have won it. LTD hit the post very early on but Wilburn broke the deadlock with Brad smashing it onto the post but luckily it went in. After the goal Wilburn had control for the first half. Both Jimmie and Michael put in some good corners but no-one got to them.

Second half and Wilburn were raring to go. The back four were standing their ground and Chris 'O' did some good heading clearances. It looked great for Wilburn but then LTD broke through the defence on the wing, passed it across the goal and then it was just a tap in. About 5 minutes to go and Jimmie crossed the ball, Chris S was first to react and he hit it on to the bar, it came back to him and he slotted it in with his left foot. Wilburn must have thought it was it was all over but it was not to be! LTD broke through the defence and Josh had no chance. Josh had a very good game but the whole team played well and Wilburn should have won.
