Home Ground Belhus Park, South Ockendon. Meet at the Changing Rooms in the middle of the main field. Training Every Saturday morning at 10.30am sharp at Belhus Park, Aveley. Rain or shine !! Matches Every Sunday as per the published fixture list. Kick off times vary from week to week, so always please check arrangements with Tony at Saturday Training. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before for Home games and 20 minutes before Away games. Kit Shin Pads are mandatory !! Team colours are Blue Shirts, Black Shorts & Black Socks and Red Shirts, Black Shorts & Red Socks for away games. These are provided, but please don't forget them or lose them as spares are scarce. Also, if a player leaves the club, then the kit must be returned. Club & Squad Subs Annual Registration/Signing On fees are £50 per player for the season, to be paid immediately. This money goes to the central fund of the Wilburn Wanderers club to pay for kit, pitches, end of season trophies, balls, bibs etc. In addition, the team's subscription fees can be paid either of two ways: Payment in full - £60.00 - paid by 10th September 2007 OR Two instalments - £70.00 - paid by £35.00 by 10th September + £35.00 by 14th January 2008 This money is for the use of the Under 12 squad only and is used to buy any additional items the team specifically needs, for example, tracksuit tops, new balls, new first aid kit, pay for a proper referee etc etc. Club Registration Each player must complete a "factfile" which details their personal circumstances & emergency contacts for the Team Manager and submit it at the beginning of the season, and each time there is a change of circumstances. This form is available for download here... League Registration Registration forms are available from Tony on Training or Match days. Alternatively, a copy of the form is here Registration Form. We will need from each parent two (2) passport size photos and a copy of the players birth certificate. This is a requirement of both the League and the County FA for identification purposes.
